Travel Program & Data Systems Analyst II, Business Operations

Support day-to-day operations and continuous improvement of global business travel program, serve as subject-matter expert in travel technologies, analyze travel spend, compliance, savings, and traveler behavior, and identify opportunities for automation, AI integration, and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Management System, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management or related field of study
• At least 3 years of work experience in data systems, data management, dashboard development, data analysis, system integration, system configuration and automation
• Industry experience in IT services, Shared Services, Global Business Services or Multinational organizations is highly preferred
• Familiarity with NDC, online booking enhancements and emerging travel tech trend
• Exposure to corporate card programs and expense compliance is an advantage
