Sales Operations Specialist – LATAM

We’re looking for a Sales Operations Specialist who enjoys cross-functional work and creative problem solving. The role involves managing workflows, improving CRM hygiene, and supporting reporting for stakeholders across Sales, Lead Gen, Marketing, and Customer Experience.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar role
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal
  • Confidence working with CRM platforms (HubSpot strongly preferred)
  • Experience managing lead flows, improving pipeline visibility, and maintaining data accuracy
  • Analytical mindset
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Clear communication and the ability to guide others through process change
  • Proactive, adaptable approach
  • Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
  • Advanced reporting and automation skills in HubSpot, Excel, and/or Google Sheets
  • Familiarity with lead scoring models and process automation tools
  • Passion for building systems that the people using them actually love
