We’re looking for a Sales Operations Specialist who enjoys cross-functional work and creative problem solving. The role involves managing workflows, improving CRM hygiene, and supporting reporting for stakeholders across Sales, Lead Gen, Marketing, and Customer Experience.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar role
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal
- Confidence working with CRM platforms (HubSpot strongly preferred)
- Experience managing lead flows, improving pipeline visibility, and maintaining data accuracy
- Analytical mindset
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Clear communication and the ability to guide others through process change
- Proactive, adaptable approach
- Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
- Advanced reporting and automation skills in HubSpot, Excel, and/or Google Sheets
- Familiarity with lead scoring models and process automation tools
- Passion for building systems that the people using them actually love
