Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar role
- Confidence working with CRM platforms (HubSpot strongly preferred)
- Experience managing lead flows, improving pipeline visibility, and maintaining data accuracy
- An analytical mindset – you love solving problems with structure, logic, and precision
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills; comfortable navigating work that spans Sales, Marketing, and CS
- Clear communication and the ability to guide others through process change
- A proactive, adaptable approach and genuine excitement about working in a high-growth SaaS environment
