Role Overview
The Inside Sales team at WeWork is the presales team and the first point of contact with the client/potential new member. The team primarily works on leads that are generated via marketing & partnership channels. The team works towards qualified sales pipeline generation across all our regions for all WeWork products primarily Private Offices & our Co working solutions.
What You Will Do
Front-end the Sales process as the first point of contact for all prospective new members looking for desks in our workspaces. Develop and nurture leads through sales processes from marketing campaigns and advertisements across various platforms to ensure the highest conversion rate of booked tours.

We are looking for a creative thinker who looks outside of the box to find solutions to meet growing sales targets. Prior experience in Inside sales, customer service and relationship building is preferred.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (Preferably in Inside sales/Business Development)
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel)
- Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills
- Experience in prospecting and developing sales including outbound calling and emailing
- Exceptional organization skills to deal with copious amounts of data
