A fast-growing web3 infrastructure company is hiring a Sales Director APAC to lead enterprise sales across the financial services sector. This role focuses on selling blockchain infrastructure, tokenization, and private network solutions to large financial institutions and regulated enterprises across APAC.
Location: Remote APAC (excluding Hong Kong). Compensation: Competitive Base + OTE. Travel: ~50%.
Tasks
What you’ll do:
Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
Drive new business with banks, fintechs, and regulated enterprises
Sell complex blockchain / distributed ledger solutions into financial services organizations
Build relationships with C-level executives and innovation leaders
Partner with product and solutions engineering teams on tailored enterprise solutions
Manage channel partners, VARs, and strategic partnerships across APAC
Build pipeline, forecast revenue, and consistently hit sales targets
Requirements
What they’re looking for:
10+ years of enterprise technology sales experience
Strong background in blockchain / distributed ledger technology sales
Proven experience selling into financial institutions or regulated enterprises
Experience managing complex multi-quarter enterprise sales cycles
Strong understanding of tokenization, digital assets, private blockchain networks, or fintech infrastructure
Ability to engage both technical stakeholders and executive buyers
Experience across APAC markets preferred
