Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying and building strategic partnerships with restaurants and corporate clients, driving revenue growth and expanding DiningCity’s presence in target markets like AU, NZ, IN and MY, aside from SG. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end sales processes, negotiating contracts, maintaining strong relationships with partners, and collaborating across teams to ensure seamless integration of DiningCity’s services and solutions. The role also includes identifying new market opportunities and providing insights to improve business operations.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Business Development, B2B Sales, Account Management, and Client Relationship Management
• Experience in Contract Negotiation, Partner Engagement, and creating tailored Commercial Proposals
• Familiarity with Digital Marketing, Sales Strategy Development, and Market Research
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently, be highly self motivating, with strong organizational skills
• Proven ability to achieve targets and drive business growth
• Knowledge of the restaurant, hospitality, or food and beverage industry is highly advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field preferred
