DOCSG PTE. LTD. is seeking an Outlet Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day activities at the CBD location in Singapore. You will ensure smooth service, monitor standards, and address feedback to maintain high customer satisfaction.

You will manage inventory, control wastage and food costs, and ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations while resolving staff and operational issues promptly.
