Financial Analyst (Real Estate/ Investment)

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed financial modelling and investment analysis for real estate acquisition opportunities.
• Perform market research to identify investment trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
• Prepare investment proposals, investment papers, and presentations for management review.
• Support due diligence activities, including site inspections and reviews of legal, financial, and operational documents.
• Monitor and analyse the performance of existing investment assets and portfolios.
• Coordinate with brokers, legal advisors, property managers, and other professional stakeholders throughout the investment process.
• Assess investment challenges and recommend practical, data-driven solutions.
• Keep abreast of market developments, regulatory updates, and industry best practices.
• Support global investment activities, including overseas business travel when required.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Real Estate, Business, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in real estate, property finance, investment, asset management, corporate finance, or a related environment.
• Strong interest in real estate investment and asset management.
• Good understanding of financial statements, financial analysis, and investment principles.
• Strong Excel skills with the ability to build and analyse financial models.
• Experience in property financial modelling is an added advantage.
• Willingness to travel internationally on short notice when required.
