Assistant / Marketing Manager

Job Summary

Our company seeks a Marketing Manager / Assistant Manager to lead digital, brand, and offline marketing initiatives that drive sales growth, strengthen brand positioning, and enhance market competitiveness.

You will work collaboratively with a team of graphic designers, supervise marketing agencies and will report directly to the CEO.

We are open to discussing flexible job hours and working arrangements.

Marketing qualifications are not necessary if you have a portfolio of past marketing projects, or have a strong interest in this area. Training and guidance will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage marketing agencies to deliver aligned campaign objectives and maximize ROI
• Plan and sustain community engagement strategies to build customer loyalty and brand awareness
• Devise and implement sales-driven marketing campaigns targeting key customer segments
• Strengthen brand positioning by developing consistent messaging and visual identity
• Build brand authority through targeted research and customer insights analysis
• Conduct research to understand customer preferences and inform marketing strategies
• Manage and plan marketing collaterals including product displays, posters, and standees to support brand visibility
• Plan and execute product launch events to generate market interest and customer engagement
• Conduct competitor research to identify market opportunities and threats
• Monitor global market trends to inform strategic marketing decisions

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners
• Familiarity with online and offline marketing strategies to integrate multi-channel campaigns
• Interest and willingness to learn emerging marketing tools and industry developments
