Operations Manager: Field Service & Customer Experience

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to support and manage the daily operations of our air-conditioning servicing and installation business in Singapore. The role focuses on service coordination, customer management, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily service operations, including scheduling of maintenance, repair, and installation jobs
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
• Manage customer enquiries, service requests, and after-sales support
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
• Monitor job progress, service quality, and operational performance
• Support business development efforts, including client relationship management and upselling opportunities
• Maintain proper documentation, service records, and reporting
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and service standards
• Assist in training and supervising service coordinators and support staff

Requirements

• Minimum 5–7 years of working experience, preferably in operations, retail, or customer service management
• Experience in team supervision and daily operations management
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to communicate in English; Mandarin is an advantage (to liaise with Chinese-speaking customers)
