EOR Sales Account Manager

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for global EOR services (Employer-of-Record) – focus on clients account management, retention and revenue growth with existing clients
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless global EOR service delivery and execution across countries jurisdictions
Manage client issues and escalations through to timely resolution with clear communication
Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and proactive follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction
Understand clients needs, identify growth opportunities and upsell with suitable business solutions
Support commercial activities, including service scoping, contracting, renewals, pricing, invoicing, and account receivables follow-up
Continue improve on workflows, processes and account management practices

Requirements

5+ years’ experience in global EOR client servicing or related HR consulting services
Proven track record of client relationship management, account management or client success management
Ability to growth business with cross selling and upselling and maintain service quality
Adaptability and self-initiative working in fast-paced environments
Fluent in spoken English. Foreign language will be advantageous
