Key Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Operations
Maintain accurate and reliable client and contact records in the firm’s CRM system.
Support business development activities through proper data management, segmentation, and reporting.
Act as a key point of contact for CRM‑related queries and user support.
Double Tax Deduction for Internationalisation (DTDi) Administration
Prepare and submit Double Tax Deduction for Internationalisation (DTDi) claims, including verification, compilation and maintenance of supporting documentation and business trip records.
Serve as key internal and external liaison for applications, clarifications, audits.
Event Support & Administration
Support BD & Marketing‑led events and logistics, such and distribution of corporate gifts, etc.
Provide day‑to‑day administrative and operational support, such as maintenance of the team mailbox, courier requests, to ensure smooth team operations.
What We Are Looking For
Experience in CRM administration, compliance, grants/tax claims, or similar operational roles will be an advantage.
Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of Singapore government incentive schemes (DTDi) is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy, able to manage multiple deadlines.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
