Contract: 6 Months (Convertible to Permanent)
Salary: Up to $1,800/month (Basic)
Allowances: $15 Day Shift / $23 Night Shift + $300 Quarterly Allowance
Incentive: Quarterly Performance Incentive (Target ~10%)
Location: Changi
Working Hours: Any 5 Days/Week | 2 Rotating Shifts

Job Scope:

• Assemble medical devices and components according to work instructions
• Operate and monitor production equipment
• Perform basic equipment troubleshooting
• Identify product defects and production issues
• Support manufacturing process improvements

Requirements:

• Able to perform hands-on manufacturing and assembly work
• Comfortable working rotating day/night shifts
• Able to commit to a minimum 6-month contract
