Role Description The Financial Analyst role at Azuba Corporation is a full-time, on-site position based in Marysville, WA. The individual in this role will analyze financial data, prepare financial reports, and support budgeting and forecasting activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring key financial metrics, reviewing financial statements, identifying trends and variances, and providing data-driven insights to support strategic and operational decisions. The Financial Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams, assist in developing financial models, and contribute to process improvements that enhance financial transparency and performance.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Finance, including experience with Financial Planning and Financial Reporting.
  • Ability to work with Financial Statements and apply robust Analytical Skills to interpret data and trends.
  • Proficiency in Excel or similar tools for financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Experience in healthcare, health technology, or data-driven environments is a plus.
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and maintain high ethical standards in financial practices.
