Position Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all commercial functions including sales, marketing, SDR, account management, and partnerships
- Drive new business development and expand relationships with hospital systems
- Build and scale a high-performing, data-driven commercial organization
- Partner with finance on pricing, forecasting, and revenue operations
- Develop and manage channel and strategic partnerships
- Engage directly with C-suite healthcare stakeholders
Experience & Skills
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Expertise in healthcare services sales (not purely SaaS)
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare commercial leadership
- Proven experience selling into hospitals or health systems
- Experience building and leading sales and commercial teams
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using CRM tools (e.G., Salesforce)
- BS in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field or equivalent experience
