Launch 513 is looking for motivated individuals to join our Retail Sales & Customer Experience team . You’ll work face-to-face with customers while representing established brands and learning practical skills in sales, marketing, customer service, and leadership .

This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates, former student-athletes, hospitality or retail professionals, and career starters who want hands-on experience and room to grow.

No extensive industry experience is required. Training is provided.

What You'll Do

• Engage with customers one-on-one at retail locations
• Help customers understand products, services, and available options
• Assist with orders, account questions, and basic troubleshooting
• Process customer orders and complete sales transactions
• Deliver a professional and positive customer experience
• Represent client brands with professionalism
• Track daily results and provide customer feedback
• Work alongside your team to achieve individual and campaign goals
• Develop communication, sales, and leadership skills through ongoing training
