The company works with major brands to build scalable growth engines across social platforms, combining creator-led content with performance-driven media. Their work has generated 100M+ organic views for individual clients , and they’re continuing to scale rapidly.

This is an opportunity to join a company at a pivotal stage of growth and have significant ownership over the performance marketing function.

• Founded by operators from Google, YouTube & TikTok , growing to 7-figure revenue within its first 9 months
• They’ve generated 100M+ organic views for a single client in six months.
• They’re building an integrated growth engine across creator-led growth, paid social and paid search rather than operating like a traditional agency

• Own Meta + TikTok performance from strategy through hands-on execution
• Work across creative analysis, testing, CAC/LTV and growth strategy

What We're Looking For

• Deep hands-on paid social experience, particularly Meta and TikTok. (Must-have)
• Strong performance marketing mindset with experience owning measurable growth KPIs
• Excellent understanding of creative analysis and creative testing
• Ability to move between highly tactical ad-level optimization and broader media strategy
• Strong analytical instincts around CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion, and budget allocation (Must-have)
• Comfortable communicating performance insights and recommendations to clients
