Role Overview

Whitecollars, a global HR consulting and recruitment agency, is looking for a Business Development Manager to lead the full sales cycle and drive growth in the GCC region.

What You Will Do

Generate and convert leads, build and manage a sales pipeline, conduct client meetings, negotiate contracts, and report key sales metrics.
