The Sales Development Manager will be responsible for continual contact with agencies in their region to provide assistance to the agents with the goal of superior customer service and increased sales. They will also work to move a percentage of agents into a higher premium band while maintaining agents with existing premium.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent training and experience
- 3+ years sales experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication and analytical skills necessary
- Able to handle multiple tasks with varying deadlines
