Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in B2B lead gen or outreach
- Deep experience with email deliverability, A/B testing sequences, and dodging spam filters
- Proven ability to build pipelines from zero using advanced search and messaging on LinkedIn
- Hands-on experience with affiliate marketing, recruiting affiliates, and running programs on platforms
- Web research skills, including scraping insights from company sites, Crunchbase, or forums to personalize outreach at scale
