The role involves scouring the web and databases to build hyper-targeted prospect lists, crafting personalized cold emails, and setting up affiliate programs.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B lead gen or outreach
  • Deep experience with email deliverability, A/B testing sequences, and dodging spam filters
  • Proven ability to build pipelines from zero using advanced search and messaging on LinkedIn
  • Hands-on experience with affiliate marketing, recruiting affiliates, and running programs on platforms
  • Web research skills, including scraping insights from company sites, Crunchbase, or forums to personalize outreach at scale
