Role Overview

The Marketing Operations Coordinator will work within the Global Marketing team, driving the successful delivery of marketing projects across multiple brands, markets, and international stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include workflow, resource, and agency management, performance management, and operational excellence, as well as systems and process management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4-5 years’ experience in marketing operations, creative operations, traffic management, or resource/project management
  • Strong understanding of workflow management, resource planning, and operational processes
  • Analytical skills with experience using KPIs and reporting to drive improvements
  • Experience with project management platforms (e.g. Wrike)
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and people leadership skills
  • Interest in automation, AI, and digital productivity tools
  • Fluent in English
