Inside Sales Representative (Web Services)

Role Overview

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will work within a high-performing team to own the full scope of business and understand WWT’s customer and business needs. You will have the ability to realize and master the full quote to cash process, providing great value to WWT and the many verticals in which Inside Sales operates. This role is a great opportunity to excel in a customer-facing aspect within the ever-growing IT field, both domestically and internationally.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include initiating and providing day-to-day support of all quoting and order management activities within assigned accounts, accurately responding to customer requirements, building and maintaining a strong working knowledge of assigned accounts, and proactively leveraging product promotions and rebate incentives.

Requirements

• B.A., Business, Finance or other related field or equivalent work experience within the IT industry
• Minimum of two years sales or sales support experience in the information technology industry
• Proficient PC Skills (MS Office Suite)
• Ability to effectively utilize WWT internal systems, tools and processes
• Demonstrated leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel as required meeting team and departmental goals (<25%)
