About the Role
We’re building a hybrid AI-agent–human go-to-market organization from the ground up — and we want a recent graduate to come in and learn enterprise GTM at the centre of that build.
The goal isn’t automation for its own sake. It’s customer outcomes: every operator gets answers from Wunder instantly, information retrieval feels frictionless, and every customer feels like they have a Wunder expert on call.
You’ll own real accounts from demo through migration, launch, and growth — with the CEO, our Head of Customer Success, and an external GTM strategist coaching you directly. In two years, you’ll be one of the most fluent AI-native GTM operators around.
Wunder Mobility is the white-label software platform powering bikesharing and carsharing operators across Europe, North America, and Asia. 40-person team, growth stage, betting hard on AI.
What You’ll Own
- Demo to deal close — translate platform capabilities into clear value for prospects; run tailored demos.
- Migration & launch — lead new customers from signature to live operations.
- Strategic account management — drive adoption, surface upsell, prepare renewals.
- AI-agent operations — build, prompt, and supervise the agents that make our customers’ experience of Wunder feel frictionless.
About You
- Recent graduate with up to 3 years of professional experience (internships count). Strong academic record.
- Genuinely entrepreneurial — you’ve built, run, sold, or led something where no one told you how.
- Early adopter of AI in the strict sense: Claude/ChatGPT as daily co-worker, experiments with agents, opinions about prompts.
- Total self-starter. Excellent English. German is a strong plus. Hamburg-based or willing to relocate.

- Compensation — €70,000–90,000 OTE depending on experience.
