Role Overview

XP Inc. is looking for a Growth Coordinator to lead client activation from account opening, ensuring engagement, resource capture, monetization, and retention throughout the client’s life cycle. The ideal candidate has a strong business vision, data-driven mindset, and experience in Growth, CRM, and performance management.

What You Will Do

The Growth Coordinator will be responsible for driving client activation, managing the digital onboarding journey, structuring and executing engagement strategies, defining and monitoring key performance indicators, and managing the complete life cycle of clients in the segment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Business Management, or related fields;
• Previous experience in Growth, CRM, Relationship Marketing, Customer Segmentation, Digital Products, or Life Cycle Management;
• Experience in leading teams and managing multidisciplinary projects;
• Strong performance metrics, data analysis, and strategy definition skills;
• Experience in building digital journeys, onboarding, and client activation;
• Knowledge of retention, re-engagement, and monetization strategies;
• Ability to work with different communication channels, such as email, push, WhatsApp, and customer service channels;
• Analytical and results-oriented profile, with a focus on revenue growth and engagement.
