Senior Campaign Operations Analyst

Role Overview

The Campaign Operations team is the critical engine behind Yahoo’s global advertising success. We partner closely with Client Services, Sales, and Product Engineering to ensure that digital campaigns are flawlessly executed, monitored, and optimized.

What You Will Do

As a Senior Campaign Operations Analyst, you will take independent ownership of supporting our client service teams within the Yahoo Consumer organization to enhance performance across our ad campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor level degree (marketing, advertising, business, computer applications, or related field)
• 4+ years of experience in ad operations, campaign management, or digital marketing with hands-on knowledge of ad platforms such as Yahoo Ads, Google Ad Manager, and related ad tech
• AI Mindset: Curious about putting AI to work; using LLM-based tools and automated workflow assistants to increase efficiency and produce sharper, cleaner reporting.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables) and Google Suite; familiarity with web analytics, programmatic media, media planning and optimization is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to explain complex technical execution steps to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Proactive and analytical approach to troubleshooting; demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure delivery issues, evaluate data patterns, and execute technical solutions independently.
• Strong cross-team collaborator with a client-first mindset, comfortable partnering with sales, client services, and product engineering teams.
