Requirements
- At least 3 years of full-time experience in influencer marketing (agency or brand side), excluding internships.
- Experience with large customers (ideally FMCG, beauty, luxury, lifestyle, or tech-lifestyle) and budget responsibility in the six- to seven-figure range.
- Strategic thinking: You build annual strategies that focus on business goals.
- Deep platform expertise for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Algorithms, formats, creator ecosystem, benchmarks on marketer level.
- Market knowledge DACH: You are networked and know which creator fits the target settings of our clients.
- Working with international top brands and budgets that truly make a difference.
- Decision-making scope in your accounts and direct line to the management.
- International collaboration with the YKONE teams in Paris, Milan, London, and other cities.
- Office in Munich, but with flexibility: Home office possible, remote work also if it fits your personal situation.
