Account Executive

Our growing team at zengig is in search of a Jr. Account Manager. We are an online platform helping students and young professionals find all the information they need to choose their perfect career. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals eager to develop their career in account management, working closely with advertisers as clients.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist senior account managers in the day-to-day management of advertiser accounts
Coordinate with internal teams (creative, strategy, media) to ensure projects are executed on time and meet expectations
Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide insights to clients with the guidance of senior staff
Participate in advertiser meetings and calls, capturing notes and action items
Help manage client communications and deliverables, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction
Contribute to the development and presentation of marketing strategies and campaigns
Learn company processes and systems, including CRM tools like Hubspot, to efficiently manage account details
Support the sales team in identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Up to 1 year of experience in marketing, advertising, or in a client service role; internships in related fields are also valuable
Knowledge of email platforms like Mailchimp
Strong desire to learn about account management and the advertising industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects and deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM software is a plus
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
