At RevOps Careers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your job listing purchase. This policy outlines how refunds are handled for promoted job listings purchased through our platform via Stripe.
Eligible Refunds
You may request a full refund if your request is submitted within 15 days of the original purchase date. After 15 days, we are unable to issue refunds as your listing will have already received meaningful exposure on the platform.
How Refunds Are Processed
All refunds are processed through Stripe, the payment processor used at checkout. Once your refund request is approved:
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method (credit card or debit card) used at the time of purchase.
- Stripe typically processes refunds within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.
How to Request a Refund

- Your name and email address used at checkout
- The job listing title and company name
- Your Stripe payment receipt or order confirmation
- Reason for the refund request
We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- The refund request is submitted more than 15 days after the purchase date.
- The job listing has already been published, promoted, and distributed to our audience.
- The listing was removed due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
