We are looking for a (Senior) Product Data Analyst to join our Payments Tribe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for turning complex data into clear, actionable stories, and ensuring that our dashboards are intuitive, trustworthy, and high-impact.
Requirements
- Data Storytelling: Turn complex Payments metrics into clear, decision-ready narratives for non-expert stakeholders.
- Dashboard Redesign: Streamline our Tableau environment so core stakeholders can answer ‘How are we doing?’ in under 2 minutes without expert support.
- KPI Stewardship: Iterate on our KPI hierarchy-defining North Star vs. diagnostic metrics-and documenting the logic behind them.
- Product Insights: Proactively surface opportunities and risks, shaping experiments and product priorities based on your findings.
- Enable Self-Service: Establish templates and standards for dashboard structure, naming, and annotations to ensure a consistent data culture across the tribe.
