The Director, Finance Systems & Projects will own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for lululemon’s enterprise Finance and Inventory platforms, leading the evolution and modernization of highly complex, business-critical platforms.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience leading complex, enterprise-scale platforms
- Proven experience owning multi-year product strategies and roadmaps for mission-critical platforms supporting large, global organizations
- Strong understanding of Finance and Inventory domains, including controls, auditability, data integrity, and regulatory considerations
- Executive-level presence with the ability to influence and align senior leaders across multiple functions
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate trade-offs between stability, risk, and innovation
- Proven people leadership experience, including mentoring, coaching, and developing Product Managers
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related discipline; advanced degree or professional certification (CPA, MBA, PMP, Product Management certification) preferred
