Overview

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Revenue Operations to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will own the revenue operations function with a focus on scaling coverage models, incentive compensation, forecasting, and planning processes that support growth. You will partner closely with Finance, Sales, Partnerships, and senior leadership to improve rep productivity, quota setting, and operational execution. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of analytical rigor, cross-functional influence, and team leadership to strengthen go-to-market performance.

San Francisco, CA – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation

$258,000 – $322,000 annually

Responsibilities

  • Enhance coverage models and incentive compensation strategies to support revenue growth
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and support business partners
  • Manage forecasting, pipeline planning, rep productivity, territory distribution, and quota setting
  • Lead and develop a RevOps team supporting New Business AEs, SDRs, and Partnerships
  • Present key insights on business strategy and performance to senior leadership
  • Drive annual planning in collaboration with Finance and business partners
  • Identify efficiency improvements in RevOps through process enhancements and automation

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales strategy, or sales operations
  • 2+ years of experience managing managers
  • Experience in Fintech or SaaS companies
  • Deep knowledge of sales funnels, processes, and methodologies
  • Proficiency in incentive compensation design and coverage models for AEs and SDRs
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • Experience with Salesforce and other go-to-market systems
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data interpretation and model understanding
