Revenue Enablement Associate Manager, EMEA

Role Overview

Pacvue is growing its Sales and Marketing organizations across EMEA. This role owns onboarding and continuous enablement delivery for new hires across the region.

What You Will Do

Independently design and deliver onboarding programs for new hires in EMEA, own onboarding logistics, and track new hire progress through their ramp period.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales, customer success, or enablement/training
• Strong grounding in adult learning principles and instructional design
• Comfortable delivering training virtually and in person
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple onboarding cohorts and timelines at once, independently
