Requirements
- Proven 3 years experience in Amazon PL brand management
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and P&L management
- Experience in product development and launching
- Exceptional leadership skills with a history of managing and growing teams
- Ability to collaborate effectively across various departments and stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and translate them into actionable strategies
- Solid understanding of Amazon’s marketplace, Amazon Algorithm, trends, and customer behaviors
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
