Bruker is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to build and maintain strategic partnerships, drive sales targets, and maximize customer satisfaction in the Japanese market.

Requirements

  • Achieving sales targets (quotas)
  • Providing help for acquiring new customers in collaboration with marcom team and inside sales team
  • Maintaining and deepening relationships with existing customers
  • Quotation, contract negotiation and closing
  • Recording activities in the CRM system and creating accurate order forecasts
  • Achieving order intake through teamwork in collaboration with customer support and the applications team
