RINA is recruiting a Europe S&M Business Development Senior Manager to drive profitable growth in the Steel and Materials sector across Europe, through strategic client engagement, opportunity origination, and execution of high-value technical service contracts.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships
- Proven track record of leading sales activities and managing high-value client relationships
- Experience in opportunity pipeline management, market expansion, and competitive analysis
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Materials Engineering
- Fluency in English and German, with additional European languages considered a plus
