ProSidian is seeking a Business Intelligence Architect to support professional services engagement for Government And Public Services Sector clients such as NSF. The successful candidate will provide innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency through digital transformation and process automation, enhance data-driven decision-making using role-based advanced analytics and business intelligence, and support regulatory compliance and adherence to federal human capital management policies.

Requirements

  • 8+ years BI architecture and federal analytics experience
  • Bachelor’s in IT/Data; certifications preferred
  • Data modeling, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), architecture design
  • Analytical thinking, leadership, technical design
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills for effective team management
  • Outstanding time management and prioritization abilities to meet project milestones
  • Adaptability to changing project requirements and priorities
  • Ability to multi-task and pay close attention to detail
  • Excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
