Requirements
- ML Expertise: 5+ years of experience building and deploying machine learning models.
- Proficiency with libraries such as XGBoost, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, and a strong grasp of supervised/unsupervised learning and experimental design.
- Programming Skills: Strong proficiency in Python, including the standard data stack (Pandas, NumPy) and experience with distributed computing frameworks like PySpark or Hive.
- Business Acumen: Proven ability to translate abstract business requirements into technical ML solutions with measurable, bottom-line impact.
- Data Engineering: Hands-on experience with data preparation, feature engineering, and managing large-scale datasets in a cloud environment.
