Business Development Manager – DACH

Thunes is looking for a Business Development Manager to open new markets and close transformational deals in the DACH region. The successful candidate will own the end-to-end sales cycle, build a high-quality pipeline of fintechs, banks, PSPs, and digital platforms, and drive senior-level conversations with founders and C-suite executives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in B2B payment sales
  • Proven hunter DNA
  • Strong network across PSPs, fintechs, banks, wallets, e-commerce players
  • Track record of exceeding targets and closing complex commercial deals
  • Execution-first mindset
  • Fluent English & German; other European languages welcome
