We are looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst to join our team in Berlin, Hamburg, Barcelona, or Athens. The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, experience working in marketing intelligence, and a passion for data-driven decision-making. The role will involve connecting marketing stakeholders with our data team, supporting marketing department analyses, and contributing to the exploration and implementation of new methods for measuring marketing effectiveness.
Requirements
- Very good degree in business studies, computer science, psychology or another subject with a significant mathematical, statistical or scientific focus
- Analytical mindset and the ability to handle database queries yourself (i.e. in SQL, R, Python, etc.)
- Understanding of how to engage and influence decision-makers through data visualisation & storytelling using BI tools like Tableau
- Familiarity with developing ETL pipelines (e.g. Airflow) or the motivation to learn
- Experience working in Marketing Intelligence or Analytics working on a wide array of marketing campaigns and channels (search, display, email, affiliate, social as well as CRM) including consultancy for strategic and tactical marketing objectives
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as excellent written and spoken English
