Requirements
- 8+ years in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or Data Platform leadership
- Proven experience mentoring and growing technical teams
- Expertise in Snowflake, dbt, Power BI, AWS (Fivetran, Prefect, Terraform a plus)
- Strong Enterprise Data Architecture and System Integration background
- Hands-on cloud infrastructure and Data/DevOps knowledge
- Data Governance and compliance understanding
- Track record designing scalable, maintainable data systems
