Data Analyst Benelux

Role Overview

As Data Analyst, you will turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that support better business decisions and continuous improvement across UFS Benelux. You will support the full data analysis lifecycle, from understanding business requirements and retrieving, cleaning and structuring data to developing dashboards, reports and analytical solutions.

What You Will Do

Partner with business teams to understand their needs and translate them into practical data, reporting and analytical solutions. Analyse complex datasets using appropriate analytical and statistical techniques to identify trends, patterns, risks and growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting or another role involving the interpretation of complex datasets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Power BI.
• Experience working with databases, data extraction, data preparation and visualisation tools.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into accurate, relevant and user-friendly analytical solutions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain data, insights and recommendations to a range of stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset with the confidence to take initiative and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Fluency in English and either Dutch or French.
• Willingness to travel between Belgium and the Netherlands according to business needs.
