Role Overview

As a data scientist, you’ll use your analytical skills and data science knowledge to create real-world impact by working with clients to understand their questions and needs and then digging into their data-rich environments to find the pieces of their information puzzle.

You’ll develop algorithms, automations, and systems and use the right combination of tools and frameworks to turn sets of disparate data points into objective answers to help mission partners make informed decisions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and data visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik
• 2+ years of experience with data exploration, data cleaning, data analysis, data mining or data analytical tool development
• 2+ years of experience using Python, SQL, or R for data analysis and algorithm development
• 2+ years of experience creating automation or scripting solutions with robotic process automation tools, such as UiPath or Power Automate, or general-purpose programming languages, such as Python
• 1+ years of experience applying machine learning, AI, or natural language processing techniques in an operational or research environment
• Experience building and managing ETL or ELT data pipelines from multiple data sources to ensure consistent and accurate data flows from source systems
• Secret clearance
