Director of Product, AI Growth

Role Overview

The Director of Product, AI Growth will own driving growth for 1Password’s new business in artificial intelligence, identifying customer segments, outcomes, and workflows to be embedded into. The role requires a minimum of 8 years of product management experience, including experience carrying a revenue or adoption target, with a preference for experience in security products, agentic products, or developer tools.

What You Will Do

The Director will lead a weekly business review, form and test hypotheses using customer feedback, product usage data, and market research. They will also design customer programs, run the design customer program for new artificial intelligence opportunities, and turn what the program proves into a repeatable signal for the company to scale.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have technical depth to hold a credible conversation with developers and security architects about how AI agents are built, deployed, and given access to systems. They will also be able to build alignment across go-to-market and engineering teams toward a shared goal, without direct authority over either.
