Field Marketing Representative

Role Overview

Represent a nationally recognized premium tobacco brand at retail locations throughout a territory, engaging adult consumers through one-on-one conversations, introducing brand offerings, gathering consumer feedback, and distributing promotional offers.

What You Will Do

Conduct scheduled retail activations, engage adult consumers, verify age eligibility, administer consumer surveys, distribute promotional materials, and educate consumers on available promotions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in brand ambassador, retail sales, customer service, hospitality, event marketing, or promotional marketing roles preferred
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities
• Comfortable approaching and engaging consumers in a retail environment
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to utilize mobile applications and reporting tools
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Ability to stand for extended periods and remain active throughout scheduled events
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
