Senior Manager, Conversion Experimentation (CRO)

Role Overview

The Senior Manager, Conversion Experimentation will drive the acquisition optimization strategy for the Executive Education (Short Course) business line, focusing on Paid Landing Page (PLP) portfolio and Organic Program Pages. The role sits at the intersection of Organic Search, Paid Media, and User Experience, ensuring that traffic generated from high-value channels lands on experiences designed to convert.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include owning the ‘Always-On’ experimentation roadmap, analyzing traffic performance by channel, and deploying targeted page variations to improve Quality Scores and conversion efficiency. The Senior Manager will also partner with the SEO team to develop and test on-page optimizations for organic program pages.
