Role Overview
The General Sales Manager will be responsible for overall management of all aspects of the branch location, including sales and customer service. A primary responsibility of this role will be to drive sales and positively impact branch revenue performance.
What You Will Do
Oversee branch sales in all aspects, supervise sales staff, manage team of Statutory non employees as Design Consultants, lead weekly educational sales meetings, perform on-site and field sales classes, address and resolve escalated customer issues, and perform site visits.

- 5+ years of related experience including experience managing and driving performance, leading teams, and managing employees
- In-home sales experience needed
- Experience within the home improvement industry is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with diverse flooring products and installation processes (hardwood, carpet, tile, laminate, etc.) is a plus
- BA/BS or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Must be able to effectively articulate and train one on one or small groups
