Role Overview
The role focuses on existing customers, knowing their needs, and how to solve them. The team is actively working on preventing customer departure and improving their experience with A1. The team builds an environment where everyone is welcome, and diversity is an important part of their success.
What You Will Do
Collaborate with experts in customer base management and campaigns, work with Salesforce, support colleagues, create reports, optimize processes, and work on other projects.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The team expects a proactive approach, self-motivation, and good knowledge of SQL, English, and MS Office tools. Good knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
Requirements
- Higher or higher professional education in economics, mathematics, informatics, or computer science
- Proactive approach and self-motivation
- Detailed and analytical approach
- Good knowledge of SQL
- Desire for further development in an analytical direction
- Knowledge of English Language
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools – xls, ppt, outlook
- Good knowledge of Power BI is a plus
