Role Overview
Lead and execute sales support strategy for Process Industries, aligning local initiatives with ABB’s global business objectives and growth ambitions. Provide technical and commercial leadership to support internal and external customers, ensuring high-quality proposals and solutions.
What You Will Do
Oversee bid, estimation, and proposal activities, drive compliance with ABB standards, improve win rates and profitability, and coach and develop a high-performing Sales Support team.

- Experience developing and optimising sales systems, governance processes, and performance metrics in high-volume, customer-focused organisations
- Sound technical knowledge of industrial automation and electrification solutions
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities, negotiate contracts, manage profitability, and drive business growth
- Degree qualified in Engineering, Business, Commerce, or a related discipline
