Associate Lead – Revenue Operations

Role Overview

The Revenue Operations Specialist is responsible for the accuracy and integrity of revenue-related data, forecasting, and reporting across the organization. The role acts as the central coordination point between Business Development, Sales, Delivery, Project Management, and Finance to ensure reliable revenue visibility.

What You Will Do

Record, validate, and maintain accurate revenue data on a daily basis, prepare recurring and ad-hoc revenue reports and dashboards, and conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis to support strategic decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related discipline
• 3–5 years in Revenue Operations, Business Analysis, Finance, or Sales Operations
• Experience in revenue forecasting, business planning, and performance analytics
• Advanced Excel skills, including forecasting, scenario modeling, and data analysis
• Proficiency in Power BI and data visualization/presentation tools
• Strong understanding of revenue operations, reporting methodologies, and forecasting principles
