Role Overview
Manages territory alignments for the sales organization, collects and analyzes data, and ensures master data accuracy. Collaborates with Finance team members to evaluate requests for quota changes and revenue reallocation. Ensures accuracy of customer master, sales organization hierarchy, and product hierarchy for sales reporting.
What You Will Do
Manages territory alignments, analyzes data, ensures master data accuracy, evaluates quota changes, and administers commission/bonus payments. Performs periodic audits of commission/bonus payments, makes recommendations for improvements, and resolves discrepancies.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or other related discipline or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a data/sales analyst or equivalent.
- Previous related experience in a medical device company or relevant experience in a sales organization.
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication, interpersonal, presentation, analytical, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and converse effectively with all levels of employees.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, and Business Objects.
- SAP or any ERP system experience, Advanced MS Office skills preferred.
